Film Acting Workshop In Bangalore At Meeraqi By Amit Tharwani & Raam Kumar
Film Acting Workshop in Bangalore aims at exploring and growing both as an actor and as a human being dealing with life and art. It is meant for professional actors as well as non-actors who never did any acting before (of course, except in the real life which anyway everyone does without fail!). Every Individual will be handled according to their strengths and weaknesses.
As we know, it is very important for an actor first of all to open up one’s body, one’s mind and one’s vocal cords to respond to any stimulus one may get hit by; so the module will start with different opening up exercises and activities. Every actor will be going through different hit and trial methods to choose his or her style of acting. Then the focus will shift on to the three tools of acting, i.e., mind, body and voice with different kinds of voice exercises, mind games and physical movements. Here is a list of modules covered in the workshop:
- Opening-up Exercises
- Tools of Acting
- Introduction to Film Making
- Acting Techniques
- Script & Scene Analysis
- Audition Tips
Understanding Different Formats Of Acting For Films, Ads And Serials:

The module includes different ways of approaching a particular scene for an audition, how to give an audition, how to approach casting directors and understanding the overall process of film making.
